The keys of the Medicine Chests have always been delivered to the Quarter Master Genl with the Chests he geneally [undecipherable] the Keys by Post, we have no keys in store belonging to any of the chests, there never has been any Colours provided for the Regiments yet, we have Twenty Eight doz sticks of post 'undecipherable' in store--
