Title

Organization of the Provisional Army

Description

Hamilton expresses his thoughts on the geographical organization of the Provisional Army and lists those officers who will be regimental commanders. It is his intention that the troops enlisted by the officers of each corps will constitute that corps. He believes that an Adjutant General should be called into service since his duties cannot fully be carried out by the Deputy Inspector General.
