The bearer Samuel Fisher has charge of Fifty Four Thousand six hundred and ninety Dollars, being for the pay Subsistence & forage of the Troops at Head Quarters & the lower post of the Ohio.
to the 31st Instant inclusive, you will be pleased to receive the same of receipt for the amount to Mr. Fisher, and also to forward the money in charge of a Commission at Office with a Sufficient Escort to the Pay Master of the Troops at the Heard Quarters of the Henry
