The train of Campbell Smith has charge of the sum of four thousand eight hundred ^ fifty one Ds 50/100 to be delivered to you, being for pay and forage of the troops at the upper posts of the Ohio, from 1st August 1793 to 30 [undecipherable] March April 1794, [undecipherable], and for subsistence for the year 1793, agreeably to the inclosed [undecipherable] --
1: Estimate of To Forage from 1st August, to 31 Dec. 1793 [undecipherable] Dolls 2,800--
2. ditto of ditto, Jan 1 to 30th [undecipherable] 1794 ... 1680
3. ditto of subsistence for 1793 401.50
[undecipherable] 4,881.50.
you will be pleased to be particularly careful in disbursing the money, for pay and forage in the manner heretofore instructed, the subsistence accounts will show the [undecipherable] places and prices, of the rations which they became due, to be certified if possible by the Contractors; & the officers Certificates on the honor that the rations are [undecipherable] & justibly due --
