undoubtedly are for getting all they can & wish to get your consent
first applied to the payment of their demands & the remainder to go towards the discharging of Mr. Flucker's bond
alledging that there are other effects in America that you can apply to the making of your demand
their request not being complied with the proper filing
a bill in clemency against Mrs. Harwood if she parts with the money in any other way
expences of a clemency suit will be nearly equal to what they will get
very disagreeeable as the money will be tied up for several tears which should be avoided if possible as all parties must be considerable sufferers by it
as soon as your sentiments are known every thing in my power shall be done to bring the business to a final issue
no means in your power may be neglected in providing for the discharge of the remainder of our bills
have had several meetings with mess. Wright & Gill with some of the holders of the bonds & notes
this business has been attended with much longer delay than we had reason to expect and the must be still delay'd till your answer to Mrs. Harwood's letter which is anxiously expected
I am favour'd with your letter
enclosing yours & Mrs. Knox's letters of attorney to enable me to act for you with respect to the money that is in Mrs. Harwood's lands
