Hodgdon requests that the previous quarter master general's accounts be made up to April 1, 1796. Any monies or bills received after that date will be posted to Hodgdon's account.
Simmons certifies that $27.04 is due John Dexter, Superintendent of Rhode Island, being the amount for commissions of one percent on monies received and paid from the Dept. of War between Oct. 2, 1792 and March 14, 1796.

Simmons certifies that $4.40 is due James Lewis, late a private in Capt Robert Leman's company of Kentucky Militia, being his pay from Sept. 22 to Nov. 4, 1791, the day of his death.
