Simmons certifies that John Habersham, Collector of the Customs for Savannah in Georgia, has discounted the monies arising from Duties, Imposts, and Tonnage the sum of $4.37 for which he is to be held accountable in pursuant of a warrant to be issued in his favor.
Simmons certifies that $71.06 is due a Detachment of the First Sub Legion for the service of the Ordnance Department at West Point, being their pay for May 1796.
