Also discusses Captain Nicholson request for anchor from Portsmouth New Hampshire for the frigate Constitution.
Per Nicholson's request, Fox has made inquiries regarding which stores have been purchased for Nicholson's ship. He reports back on what is ready and what is still on its way.
