Simmons enclosed sundry letters for different Paymasters of New Jersey militia called up to suppress rebellion in Western counties of Pennsylvania. Simmons requested Paymasters account for monies by producing necessary vouchers for sums paid or by refunding any balance to the Treasurer of the United States. Simmons requested Dayton forward the letters to their appropriate recipient. -

Nevill was furnished with corrections to attend to final settlement of said expedition. Neville will visit Office on the 15th by which time Simmons hoped vouchers will be furnished by Marsh. -

Neville furnished with directions for final settlement regarding expedition and will be at the Office on November 15th.
