Certification that $121.50 is due Thomas Hughes, being the amount of his account for iron work on the gun carriages at West Point and his expenses for going to Albany and back to mend gun carriages.
McHenry writes of a conference that General Wilkinson held with the Northwest Indians where they produced a document claiming it was an original counterpart to the Treaty of Greenville, but believes its a forgery. McHenry also encloses a letter written to Robert Oliver with an instruction to meet with DeButts as soon as he reaches Baltimore.
