The rules and articles of the Navy against mutiny and desertion have been read to him and he will be paid six dollars per month.
Due to ice on the river and other matters in the Quartermasters Department, Craig cannot meet Addison near Dorsey. Craig reserves right to lots in town square in Mingo-Bottom, but authorized the sale of other lots.
