• Troops Near the District where the Insurrection Existed

  Hamilton warns that troops should be stationed near the district where the insurrection occurred. General MacPherson has recommended the occupying of Reading, Allentown, and Easton but there should not be too few at any one point. Hamilton recommends that one company should be at Easton and the remainder at Reading.
